Murat Baydin has started his business at 1985 with establishing Murat Baydin contruction and real estate company after his graduation from Istanbul Yildiz Technic Univeristy as a Electrical Engineer.

Murat Baydin real estate and construction company is the first and locomotive company in Cemre group. At 1994 he has established Cemex ( construction components import, export and applications). Cemex is a part of Cemre group, At 1996 Murat Baydin has established Cemre construction and energy limited company. Cemre incorporated company has been established at 2001. Now Murat Baydin is chief of the board and founder of Cemre group.
